Dirty house, trash every where outside, dirty pool, dirty kitchen items, Window screen out of porch, blinds in master smelled like body odor, clumps of hair in master shower, sliding doors didn't work well so they stayed shut, most games in the game room didn't work, every picture was crooked, overall terrible experience. The only thing they could tell us is that it wasn't their fault...

We have used Joe Lamb a couple of times for our rental agencies and I have no complaints. The staff have always been pleasant and helpful, and always courteous. Every house we have rented has always been clean and ready at the time they said. This year we stayed at Pelican's Watch, just across the street from Fish Heads / Outer banks pier. If something goes wrong, they won't do anything, even if you have to go to a motel because the property they rented you is uninhabitable. A manager actually told me that. All they do is take money and give keys.

Great experience and #341 Chillin Time was wonderful! Excellent location, easy access to the beach! Thank you for a wonderful stay recently. We were very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of our beach house, how quickly a minor problem was taken care of (and how friendly the maintenance man was on the phone), and for the affordable price we paid for the 8 days we had the beach house (OBX Second Wind).

We had a wonderful vacation in Kitty Hawk last week @ #318 - Easy Street. The house was great for our extended family of 7, who all enjoyed stepping off the deck and onto the uncrowded beach. Our experience with Joe Lamb Jr., & Assoc. was very positive. We found them to be very professional and efficient. We plan to return to this house next summer!

Just keep in mind when renting from this company, that they won't return your phone calls when you have a problem with your rental property!!! If something breaks, "oh well!" We have 2 handicapped people in our home and our elevator broke!! They didn't even have the decency to return multiple phone calls/e-mails!!! Very dissatisfied!!!
