We have no complaints. The work was evaluated, estimated, and repaired. Our new skylight is so beautiful it almost appears as though there isn't any glass up there. Very pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness that was provided. Thank you!

The construction foreman kept me posted on the details, like when they were coming to install the gutters, and they came on the day they said they would; I have already recommended them to my brother in law for a project he is doing.

They made very sure they understood what our plan for the house was and what we wanted in a roof before they hit a nail. There were safeguards in place for every phase of work so they could be sure they were correct and so we were kept informed. We felt very reassured with the workers and we didn't have to be at home while they worked. The debris was taken away and the yard was in perfect...
Very informative and covered all the bases concerning skylight replacement. We are quite pleased.
They were prompt, professional, and the skylight looks great. They also fixed a second skylight that wasn't damaged in the lightning strike for a fractionof the cost.
They were a first rate compny from beginning to end. A some what long period of time between contracting and actual project start but I was kept infoprmed the whole time. Once actual work began I was completely satisfied and would use them again. I will also recommend them to family and friends.

Mr. Ingram was so helpful and very easy to work with so far. The company has not started the whole process yet, but I am very excited to see how the rest of the process goes.
Your work was great, however you could do better at notifying your customer if you have incidents that will cause you to be late or a no show on the scheduled day.(ie flat tires, problems with supplies). The old adage no news is good news has no place in customer service. Personnel in the office answering the phone need to be more willing to aggressively seek an answer when a customer calls...
It was a pleasure doing business with the Roofing Co. They were very professional and did a great job on our new gutters. They were on time, and there was no pressure on the sale. My only complaint is that they left debris from the old gutter in both the front and back yard. Overall the experience was worth while.

Good, expierience, quate for part of prodject was not given untill the start of main repairs, would have liked that upfront as well.
They are pricey. Charged $475.00 for an approximately 4x8 shingles. There are other cheaper alternatives out there...
Initially there was an issue with the job being done in a timely manner because of a particular discount clause in our contract. But when I explained the situation it was resolved extremely quickly and we are very happy with the work.

1.) When the Project Manager came by to discuss the previously signed contract prior to the start of the work, he altered item 5. which add cost of materials on top of a charge at $1.80 per square for removal and replacement of the decking. This added cost to this project.

Very pleased. The estimate was professionally done, licenses and insurance papers were shown and estimate was several hundred less than the main competitor. The work was accomplished professionally and quickly.
Prompt in answering my inquiry and coming out to give an estimate. All the employees are very polite and professional and leave no question unanswered. Pricing is a little high compared to others but this is the only company that projected quality from the moment we met. I have no problem paying a little extra for quality.

They did a very good job
The job is complete and I was very happy with the service. They also arranged for the roof to be cleaned and the house to be power washed. The gutter and shutters were installed when they said and the house looks great.
Professional and on time.
The company was very professional, however the work was accomplished and the leaks were still present. They made a return visit to further repair the roof but during the last storm the roof was still leaking. I called them back a third time and the company has yet to return me call.
My problem is a difficult one as the only time we get the leaks is during a NOR-EASTER storm. Bottom line...
This was a great experience, from the creativity Jim Hicks showed in addressing our aesthetic concerns for our house to the quality of the work and the supervision by the foreman. Our house looks great. It also looks bigger, which we hadn't expected. Our 4 year old grandchild said, "Mimi, it looks so much bigger! Is it bigger inside or just outside?" I had to tell her it was just outside.

Some scheduling false starts at the beginning. Once final arrangements made, things went very well. Gutters look great. This autumn and winter will be the real test.
