ive been doing business with this store for almost ten years starting when it was called rippers. even after it was bought out after ripper died the store maintained the same great musical atmosphere with great prices, honesty and good ethic. this is by far the best guitar and parts shop ive ever been and will never do business with any other store aside from my online purchases. great...

The black gentlemen working the floor seemed helpful and friendly, however, the white guy behind the counter, didn’t seem to have the best customer service skills (nodded instead of speaking when asked a question). Also, although they were giving out some free picks, they didn’t have any common brands in stock for sale (Dunlop, Fender, etc).
