I can't say enough about this storage place. These guys really helped me out when I was in a jam. The couple working here went out of their way to get me signed up and moved in - last minute. I wanted to thank them.

I was skeptical about using jack rabbit at first (never heard of them), however the customer service representative answered all of my questions so I was sold. Received a moving truck to use for free (just had to fill it back up) and got a good size unit (decent rate). I will be coming back in the future :)
I stopped by jack rabbit to check out the rates after talking with a friend about climate controlled units. Other companies are offering a "climate controlled" unit but it really is not needed (unless you own a million dollar painting...a piano?). Most of my stuff is fine in a regular unit with maybe a cover over my couch (at best). The rates are better, the place is clean...I had a pretty good experience with them.
Everything involved with the transaction between me and jack rabbit was top notch. The place..the office, spaces and lot is clean. A moving vehicle is on hand to use on move in or to rent if needed. I needed a space as soon as possible as I only had 6 days before I had to move and the manager on site helped me pick the right size space. The rates are very fair as well. I think that the larger companies really should take a look at the service that companies like this provide. I'm going to recommend them to everyone who asks!

Good rates and it's near the base. I've used these folks several times while deployed and I've never had a problem with any of my belongings. Several ship mates store their cars and motorcycles as well without a problem. Recommend them.
A plus storage facility at jack rabbit. Very good security on site, locked in rate for one year and a truck offered to use for the move free of charge. Recommend them to friends.
Clean, friendly. Not much to write about them. We have had a space here for over 10 years without a problem. It's near the Navy base so that's cool for the sailors and submariners.

Was having trouble finding a storage unit considering I just needed it for a couple of months while moving, and this was by far a great choice! The prices are good considering the many different competitors in the area, but they were running a special at the time. Only storage company that we found that offered us a true rate - as advertised. Other companies would give us a discounted rate if we signed on for 6 months or a year. Condition of my unit was good - very clean. Price per month was not bad - very close to what other places are charging for a similar unit. Staff was more than helpful...no complaints there. One suggestion would be to change your office hours if possible or at least longer access to units. TY

This storage place is a full service storage facility. They have moving trucks stuff for packing and also have small to large storage units to use.
Jack rabbit gave me a nice size indoor closet space for my stuff. The staff was kind and got us the nearest storage to the door available for easy unloading. There were several sizes available, but we settled on the smaller one - fits all my stuff. Sweet month discount over the winter too.
I have been with them, now, for a year. I use the extra space to store my materials for my home business. The rental rates are affordable and I able to get into my unit most of the day to get anything I need. The manager is always ready to lend a helping hand and always available or around the lot. Only recommendation would be to have a 24hr storage unit available. Other than that...everything has gone well.
These folks are first rate. We needed a storage space to move all of garden stuff into while we were building our new house and they come through for us. The space is a large, clean space with a large garage door on it. Its easy to open and it's easy to pull in the gate and right up to the unit. We had our stuff unloaded in 15 minutes. I was pleased that they offered a truck to use so I didn't have to rent one. The space that we rented was pretty clean, the staff was nice and helpful -- gave us a ton of tips on storing -- and insurance was offered in case anything happens. Our gate code didn't work at first but was just a glitch. We checked pricing at different places, too, but this place seemed very professional (and prices were close). Signed...happy renters.
These guys at jack rabbit are GREAT! Worked with me over time to help me get moved out of my old place and ready to go. This is the way business should be. Great customer service is key.

Jack Rabbit works for me! The manager on duty was a great help to me. I'm currently moving all of my belongings into a larger unit, and the manager told me I could switch to a smaller unit if needed. I also was able to use their free moving truck...that was AWESOME! This storage company seemed to be the most convenient for my needs. I will be a customer for a long time. TY.

The clerk was friendly (and knowledgeable) and the rental process was simple. I don't need ""climate control"" (my stuff has never been in climate control storage before...don't need it now). Specials are advertised ""as is"" (no hidden fees when I signed up). A good experience.

Did not need climate control storage (cost more and is over rated in my opinion). Most of my stuff stores in regular storage. At jack rabbit I was able to pull right up to the door to unload (I didn't have to use a cart or elevator...what a pain at the other place). Good rates...very happy with my pick here.

The staff is great and were so helpful. Because I'd never stored anything before they gave a lot of great tips and even a brochure that gave me more. I did take up the offer of the free truck. Im only giving 4 stars because the truck wasn't availble the day I rented my unit. The place was huge but was so clean and the gate hours were more then sufficient for me to come and go. I have already...

The managers on duty are liars....they will sell your belongings with no notice then call you a liar....the old lady i dont know if she is his mom or wife but flat out lied in my face, thier so called ""free"" truck ended up costing me 174.00, they say they dont have this fee and that fee but belive me they sneak all that in...they just call it something else....i cannot wait to get my stuff outta there, i dont feel its safe and i do not trust these people.......the place is not secure anyone could walk on and off the property at all hours of the day or night.....i would not store my worst...
