The one thing I liked about this place is that I could store my truck here and not worry about it. They have a pretty good size lot so it was easy to pull on and off of the lot without the worry of damaging anything. The security is always on site and the rates are pretty good. A solid pick if you need to store your rig or car here.
These guys went out of their way to help me pick out the right space, the paperwork, suggestions for packing & gave me a great deal for it all! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Jack Rabbit gave us a good price on a larger storage unit that would fit all of our belongings and we had a choice to pick up insurance as well. A few different companies tried to sell me on the idea that a climate controlled space is needed. My stuff has never sat in a climate controlled storage so why do I need it now? The cost (and the pain to move everything in to their building) wasn't worth it to me. I was able to pull up to my large storage door at jack rabbit and unload my furniture and boxes. I recommend climate control if you like moving 2 and 3 times (and you want to spend more money). Otherwise, check this place out for an easy move...climate control not needed. Thanks guys.

I have to say this was my first time storing with Jack Rabbit but I was pleasantly surprised. I had stored some of my things with another company last year and it was a total nightmare! With jack rabbit, I did not have to worry about anything. The rates are affordable, the place is very clean, the managers live at the place and they were helpful (day and night) and I could use their moving truck on move in. The place is great and the people are friendly. Thanks for the help. J
I was happy to get the storage and the people were very nice who help me with the correct size my husband & I needed..however I slowly start putting our things in and saw 1 or 2 bugs by the door outside and didn't think much of it. So I went there because I had more stuff to put in it and started organizing it to make it neat. I had a wicker basket that had family photos in. I went to go pick the basket up and it was about 50 bugs in there...they laid eggs and were everywhere and was eating through it. I had to throw the basket away and some other things...I was so disappointed because you'd like to think you didn't put your things in there to throw away and it was infested. They help me move to another storage that wasn't so close to outside...yet it was a bad experience because I am scared to put more things in there because it was so many they may still came with some other things. Disappointed, and it $69 a month they say they have an exterminator that comes out often but whatever he got is not working. It was basically nothing they could do but move me to another 1 that looks clean. the other 1 looked okay at 1st then it was a nightmare.
This is my first time using Jack Rabbit and I have to say I was very please with the experience. The people at the desk were very helpful, the storage fees were good, the have trucks at the place to use and it was clean. I used a couple of different companies over the years and one was pretty dirty. I would have to recommend these people to anyone looking for storage. Thank you.

I've haven't actually rented storage here (yet), but they have the best prices around for boxes or moving supplies, and they're open late. Don't even think about going to a FedEx place or a UPS place - one box, alone, is too expensive - WHA!?!? Be warned, they don't always have every size in stock, so don't leave things till the last second.

I needed storage by Saturday, really quick, it was a Thursday. I found this place doing a storage search and with the 1st month being, at that time, at a special move in price it caught my eye. I stopped by the closet location to me and the manager welcomed me, gave some info, and asked if I liked to tour the place. We walked the lot and the manager gave me peace of mind when storing at the property with security on hand. Though I only needed the extra storage for a few months after this experience I will ALWAYS come to them for storing. The manager and customer service, in my opinion, is...
Extra spaces for large sized truck.I'll often leave my truck here over the week when not out on the road.Place has other spots for cars or storage for boxes.

Decent price on my 5x10 space, very clean and very cared for....the entire place. It was very easy to pull up to my unit and unload..no back and forth. Very happy with my choice with jack rabbit.

My experience with Jack Rabbit storage was great. Both the customer service and prices on the units are amazing. What you see is exactly what you get on price when you sign up...no hidden fees!. I will definately be using them again. FYI...I did go to a couple other places but the people were pretty rude...quick to get me off of the phone.

These people were very pleasent to deal with. We stopped in Saturday afternoon to get information on storage and signed up for a space in 15 minutes. Place is clean and a truck is available to use (but must reserve it). Easy and quick communication. Outstanding.
No point in wasting your gas, time, and most importantly your money! You can just come to this nicely put together, one-stop storage place. They have incredible deals, price is good compared to their competitors, plenty of different size spaces to choose from and a truck to use to move (no searching for a Uhaul truck...the best part). Check them out.
We have rented at this location for several years. This place is ideal for military service members on deployment or not. The prices are reasonable and the service is outstanding. They have moving trucks and the spaces are very clean. Thanks for being so helpful. This best place to rent in the area.

I give these guys an A+. I called them late Friday afternoon to make a reservation, get the forms filled out....and I was ready to move in Saturday early morning. They offer competitive priceing and have a great staff.

We used jack rabbit storage to store some of our company files and furniture. We tried using another company, first, but jack rabbit really provided us the most number of options. We received professional treatment as well as comparable rates. Highly recommend them. We could not have been more pleased.
The manager on duty helped me find the right size space for my 3 bedroom place. The company offers a special discount on the first month with your move in and a free moving truck to boot. So far so good.. and I recommend them
Service was great and prices are decent. I would recommend changing the sign out front and on the gate to say 7 to 8:45pm.
Very happy with the customer service! The property manager helped me choose a space that would fit all of my stuff and it wasn't too expensive. Specials are offered when I moved in and a company truck is available to use as well. Storage company is one of the best. I had a few different concerns regarding climate control storage, late fees, etc...and the people working here took the time to explain everything to me.
I've stored with jack rabbit at this location and at the location on providence road. Both locations had professional customer service (helpful and friendly). I didn't have any problems with the units (a little dust but that was expected after a year). A dumpster is on site to dump some of the older things that I wanted to get rid of..so that was nice. Also, they have a truck to use on move in...

I recently stored with Jack Rabbit Military Hwy while I hit a rough patch. I hate moving and they helped me by allowing me to use their rental truck to move in. I also enjoyed coming in to make my payment Mary and Chuck are always awesome to visit with. I plan on telling all my friends and family to store with you when they need storage.
