Moving from out of state they were very willing to let us park the trailer for a few days while we unloaded. Clean facility and nice staff.

I've been with I storage for 3 years now and have no complaints. The staff is friendly and courteous, the property is clean and maintained properly. I would definitely recommend I storage to anyone!!

Istorage is a great place to store you goods. The staff is AWESOME and very helpful. Units and properties are clean. I would not want to rent anywhere else.

I can't even give 1 star for this place. It is ridiculous. Sign says it opens at 8 no one is here and the 1800 number told us that the person is running late and it 922am. We are here along with a bunch of other cars waiting. Horrible service and I am taking all my stuff our of here and never coming back. Worst ever

Everything went rather smoothly and I appreciated all the help the front desk at iStorage Norfolk gave me. I found out the online service was trying to give away my unit, which was unsatisfactory, but I was able to contact them and reclaim my unit. I believe the reservation fee was returned to the other party.

iStorage of Norfolk exceeded my expectations. The facility was very clean and well-lit. The manager, Keith, was very helpful, honest, and open. He actually helped us move some of our stuff, which was a lifesaver!

I've been at iStorage Norfolk for almost three years now. The new owner is pretty nice, and the whole atmosphere is friendly. I'd also say the service is reasonably priced compared to other places I know about.

A wonderful experience, great customer service and follow up. felt like it was a personal experience based on my needs. Great facility and pricing. 24 hour access, climate controlled, great security! will always look for i-storage for my storage requirements!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about iStorage Norfolk, especially about the site manager there, Tina. She was extremely helpful, extremely efficient, and extremely service oriented. She's the best.

The unit was in brand new condition. It was very clean; it was perfect. It's dry, secure, climate controlled: actually better than I was expecting. The access was great too.
