The service and atmosphere were good but the food was very disappointing. I can usually overlook mediocore food for good service and a nice dining experience but this food was below average. Very disappointing.
The server was curt and the menu very pricey. Dining at night did not offer much of a view to get excited about. The menu offers a surprisingly low number of choices of pasta with a tomato based sauce. Portions were generous but all selections were very bland. Restaurant does not offer separate billing for multiple parties. There are more authentic and more reasonably priced italian restaurants in the area.

I have been eating here for years and still love their table side Caesar Salad..just a little different variation, but so fresh and tangy. If you dont see what you want on the menu...ask...if they are not to busy the chef is often willing to make it for you. I love their Marina sauce, their meatballs and their Marsala sauce....
We have eaten at this restaurant many times over the years. It is located overlooking Virginia Beach. The food is always great and the service always attentive. We had the table made Caesar salad which was delicious and Salmon and Shrimp Francese. Make a reservation, as they can fill up easily, especially in the summer and on week-ends.

Our stay included breakfast. Kids eat free. So we decided to do the buffet breakfast. Staff was very polite, nice and very caring. The buffet had a nice spread of food. Everything was clean and well kept. I was very happy and my kids loved the food. We had a great meal!!!

Just go!. From the elegant ambiance and top floor ocean view, to the superb food, Isle of Capri can't be beat. The Caesar salad made table side is always excellent (because I can ask them to tweak it just the way I like it). I've never had a bad meal there and the service is always outstanding.
