Not a bad experience, food was OK, served hot and the server was nice though did not check back with us to see if we needed anything. That is always a plus for me. Typical IHOP. Good food for a good price. Standard eggs, pancakes, coffee, sausage, bacon and hashbrowns. The sirloin tips and eggs is very tasty. We always go to IHOP as it is consistently good for the money.
IHOP knows how to do breakfast food. But they apparently also skimp on hiring and training staff. We ate there multiple times due to convenient location and good food, but I would have gone elsewhere for better service if there had been more convenient choices.
Another kids eat free promotion, common theme in my posts, that was nice and seamless. Good service, good food and no problems.
I like IHOP, but this one is a INOT. Neither my husband or I were impressed. My french toast was soggy, and myhusband was so disappointed he said this placed was on the list, not to come back to.

Stopped at lunchtime on a very busy Thursday. We were still seated promptly. Service was excellent. Food really good. Only suggestion is the left sink in ladies bathroom needs a good scrubbing. Rest of bathroom clean.
