I had a frozen pipe burst in my living room. Called on a Saturday evening, and made an appointment for the next day. During our initial phone conversation, it was determined that repair would have to be made from inside the home. Tech showed up with his manager (on time) and verified the need to repair from inside the home. I would have given this company a 5 star rating, however, they did...
I thought had a busted pipe but it turns out I had a frozen furnace drain pipe and my furnace drip pan is full, rusted and leaking. The plumber explained the problem; inspected the frozen drain and made recommendations. Follow up work is necessary when the drain defrosts

I used this company to replace an entire system in a commercial building that I maintain. They do not stand behind their promises!!! I have had countless issues ever since the installation. The new system came with a 1 year maintenance agreement which was never, ever done which caused many problems down the road. Now I am having to pay another company to fix their MESS! Stay away!

The technician explained the problem and repair and made the repair on the spot.
Contractor replaced and relocated A/C system and updated ductwork. We had a few minor issues, all of which were dealt with promptly and courteously by the contractor. My house is cooler than it's been in years!!!

Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
They called promptly from my on-line request. They were here within 1 hour. The serviceman was very nice, appropriately friendly, went to work right away and had the problem fixed within the hour. He was wonderful and I would definitely use them again.
I have not been impressed with the technicians. They take much longer than I would expect and longer than they promised to do anything. They didn't have the parts need to repair my heat pump. The parts were all supposed to be in within 3 days. It took en 10 days. They don't call when they agreed they would. I was waiting for a call that a part that was needed had come in. I had to call...
The technicians from HVAC Warehouse were very professional and completely in awe, as they looked upon the furnace that they were replacing (house built in 1957, original furnace still in home, built by GMAC). Thjey were able to asses the situation as there were no blue prints, remove the old furnace and replace it with a new unit the same day. I would recommend HVAC Warehouse to all my friends.
To make a long story short I used this company to have my ducts clean. So the ratings is based on that service and not any other service they provide. I had two sets of techs come out and "clean" my ducts. Both times it looked like no one had touch them. Techs didn't even know how to use the equipment provided. There were several delays in the contractor's arrival due to unforseen emergency repair work. But I was disappointed in the fact that no one bothered to call me. I was left waiting the entire day and I had to call them to find out they would not be able to complete the job that day. This happened twice!!!
Was not happy with the technicians efforts. Registers were left untaped during service and some were left still taped when they left. They attempted to clean the dryer vent and lent etc. is all over the wall and window frame in the laundry room I left it in case any one wants to see the work or lack there of done. He left a piece of his shop vac in the laundry room. Smell was terrible coming...

I thought he was a rip-off. After he left I thought about what I paid for him to plunge a toilet (he did not even snake the line), remove a sink drain to remove a hair clog, and rplace a rubber seal on the toilet tank (for which he charged a fee for a partial rebuild!), it was outrageous. I would not recommend him.
They were good.. but left hand prints on my house as well as some trash I picked up. Also when they rebuilt my shroud... the rubber caulk around the entire product is pretty messy. They did a good overall job though.
AC went out during Hurricane Irene; estimate & repair were conducted very quickly (w/in days), which was great b/c I've got an infant & 2 dogs that cannot tolerate the summer heat; reasonable cost & didn't try to upsell additional material/repair that was not necessary. Plan to use again for future service needs.

These guys were good. I've actually called them out twice--once for a fan issue and once to replace a capacitor. I would use them again any time.
The plumbers that worked on our home were very courteous and professional. The cleaned up their mess each day before leaving and left me with water each day too. 4 days to do complete new plumbing from our outside meter and all through out our home was very timely in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this company and will look to them for other services if we do so in the future.
Excellent response - within an hour of calling. Technician fixed the problem by removing the water restricting gaskets in the shower heads which was limited the flow so the water heater was shutting off too soon.

Professionalism at its best!! From the first telephone call to the consultation to the work getting done, this was the best experience we have ever had. They were detailed in letting us know what needed to be done and very thorough in explaining (and showing pictures) of the work they did.

This company actually gave me the lowest bid for the work I wanted done. I don't normally use a lowest bid however I was very pleased with this company in all respects. All the workers for HVAC Warehouse were very professional and courteous. They were here when they said they would be and went out of there way to accomodate some changes I had. I would highly recommend this company.
