I will never stay at this hotel or any of these hotels again. We prepaid for the room a few months a head of time for a discounted rate and then when we actually stayed at the hotel, they double charged us. They stated they "have no record" of the prepaid amount even after I sent them a copy of my credit card statement. DON'T STAY HERE! They will double charge you and play dumb.

Besides being awakened at 5:00AM every morning from loud and obnoxious neighbors, everything else was fine. I just hate coming home tired and burnt out from not enough sleep and end up with a severe cold for the next 2 weeks.

I reserved a room and it was not specified smoking or not. Got a smoking room. Even a 3 pack per day person would have difficulty breathing in this stale, thick smoke encrusted room. There was certainly no ventilation system to circulate out the smoke laden air out of this room.

This was a very nice hotel. At first I thought it was too far "off the beaten path" but quickly realized that its location was perfect - just a few moments from downtown but far enough away from the busy downtown traffic.
