It was good not to have to go out for dinner after traveling for 16 hours. The room was comfortable although it was difficult to control the room's temperature. I was late checking into the Hotel and they were very nice and plesant. On the second night I had a freind who slept over and they provided a roll-away bed in the middle of the night. They let my grandchildren go swimming while I was away. My friend had a pet and they recommended the hotel across the street....because I wanted an indoor pool. The entire experience was just wonderful.
The hotel check in was flawless. Room (king/leisure) was well appointed & clean with small refrig., microwave and single serve coffee maker. Bed was nice with good assortment of pillows. Can't go wrong with free wi-fi. Adjacent to freeway, but quiet. Convenient to all area attractions/shopping.
i was only in town for a few days but it was a great trip. the room was just the same as the review picture on the website. i was very pleased. i would definitly stay again. the staff was friendly and check-in and check-out was fast and easy. no complaints
The beds were small, but comfortable. The room was adequate size. The pool was very small and over-chlorinated. Not enough parking in front and only one entrance made getting in and out a bit tough. The rooms were quiet and we slept well. Good location for sightseeing, dining options, etc.

We had a great time at this hotel, the people were friendly, the place was very clean, and it was quiet when we wanted to sleep. I travel to Newport News 10-12 times a year and this is where I will stay from now on. The only issue is getting to the hotel the driveway is in the rear of the hotel, and hard to find, but once you get into the hotel once you can get it figured out.
We were in Newport News Virginia to see our daughter graduate from Fort Eustis...this Hotel was in the best location...easy access to Highways...the staff were great. We arrived early, and they accomadated us with a room before noon.
Room was clean and well appointed with internet and wide variety of T.V. channels. Staff was friendly and helpful. A good value.

My finace and I were visiting a local university to check out their graduate program. The hotel was very centralized to the place that we wanted to see while we were there. Quick access to the interstate and was very close to a nice shopping area with good places to eat. We were very please with our stay and to our surprise, we look forward to staying at a Holiday Inn on our next trip....

We stayed over 12 days at this hotel. Suite room, It is very nice, however there we days we didnt get out of room until 12:00 or so, the maid staff all left at noon, so if you werent out even on snowy unable to travel days, the room did not get cleaned, this happened several times,also we brought in family to the hotel to stay in other rooms, they would not give rate breaks and we required...

This hotel was very nice it is clean and has a great staff. I would def. stay here again although the pool was horrible it looked like a swamp, looks to me like some one put to much clorine in the pool there was spots of little bubbles in differnt areas of the pool. I def.would no go into a pool like that I was affraid I would catch a rash.
We were only there one night, but it was very nice. The hotel was extremely clean and in a good location. All the staff was very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. And the service was great! We had forgotten toothpaste. All it took was a call to the front desk and they brought us some! I would definitely stay there again.
Very Nice & Clean Hotel with excellent access to highway
stayed overnight for a business meeting. the room initially had a damp musty smell but after a few minutes of proper climate control, it was ok. I am a member of Hilton Rewards, but didn't like that if you weren't a member, you weren't entitled to a free breakfast. Staff was helpful and courteous. Check in was smooth and easy.
I travel often and stay at many hotels. I rate this as one of the nicest. I booked a suite and it really was a suite. This will be my hotel of choice when I have business at NASA Langley.
