We've been dealing with Hobbs Door Service for years, at least a decade. We use our garage door as our main entrance to the house, so whenever a spring goes out or the door needs readjusting, we call them. They are always there to do the service, and they do the work very quickly.

Hobbs Door Service is as good as it gets. They replaced two garage doors for me with ease and professionalism. They were helpful and knowledgeable with telling me about my options and offered me a reasonable price. I liked that they were honest, upfront, and prompt. Hobbs Door Service replaced a section of my garage door. It was the second time I had used them in maybe six or seven years for the same door. They worked in quite a hurry, got it over with, and did a pretty good job.

Our garage door went out of whack on a Saturday. It was unbalanced and crooked, so we couldn't move it. Our belongings were exposed, too. I called Hobbs Door Service at 10:00 on a Saturday morning. The receptionist was very understanding and explained what they could possibly do. She said she would get a call in.

When I called Hobbs Door Service they told me everything I needed. A couple of hours later when I had some more questions, I called them and they answered all of my questions. 2 days after that, when I thought the doors might be in I called again. They were great.

The people at Hobbs Door Service are wonderful. They were very patient and they explained everything to us. The door we had before was not good at all. It was installed by the original homebuilders 17 years ago, and you could feel a draft coming through the door even though there were no holes because it was not insulated. The new door makes a huge difference.
