Definately NOT on corporate Hardee's spot check list. The staff acted as though the customers were stopping them from getting their naps. Very lazy attitudes, from the apparent manager on down....
Grabbed a quick bite to eat... Fast service, but not so friendly employees. No one really spoke besides asking for what it was that I wanted... Just handed me my food, I said thank you, nothing back. Just because your in a small town doesn't mean customer service or manners don't exist!

Every once in awhile, you may encounter that new employee who stills wants to be friendly and get your food to you quickly - but most often not. Customer service is very lacking, and after you wait 10 minutes for your food, it usually is not hot and fresh. Re-fried french fries are the worst!
Hey we had the best hamburgers with bacon lettuce tomato and sauce. The staff was friendly and courteous. I prefer this to McDonald's.
I should have read the reviews on yelp! There's rarely any customers comparing to McDonalds, which is right next door. I ordered a 2 piece fried chicken and it was soggy. Biscuit was ok....
It's a good thing I had ordered before I used the bathroom, otherwise I would never had eaten there.
Counter service is disorganized mess. As much as I avoid McDonald's when traveling, that's the place to go.

got the fried chicken and to my pleasant surprise it was fresh and moist. Service was okay, but when they brought my meal it was worth the wait.
