The only reason I am giving this business a 5 star review is because of the refreshing young blonde girl that displays the best customer service skills I have seen in quite sometime, which says a lot because I teach customer service classes. Personal Service. I needed a calculator right away and couldn't find it at any of the obvious other stores. They ordered it and it arrived the next morning. Such friendly people. Fun shop to browse .

Said to be one of Hampton's oldest shops, It is pure delight for me to go here. Not only do they sell a large assortment of cards and stationary, but my main purpose in coming to this store is for the LARGE assortment of Vera Bradley bags!

The manager was very rude when I asked if they provided leasing and finance options to there customers. All he had to say was yes or no instead of being abrupted and saying dont you know who you are calling in an unprofessional manner. He himself has bad customer service.
