After spending over $900 for a needed repair on my vehicle, not one but two other things went wrong after taking it to Fink's. Moreover, after handing me a second estimate for over $1000 to have these items fixed also I had to laugh and asked for my keys to take my business elsewhere. The bottom line is I know they had to remove the items or work around the items that are now in need of repair and there wasn't a thing wrong with them when I took my vehicle in initially. Thier exscuse was it was a domino affect! Yeah right and I fell off the turnip truck yesterady! They should at least admit to thier wrong doing and fix it! My advice...if you take your car to Fink's on Military Dr, I suggest you do it for simple minded tasks, e.g. tires and inspections! I lost my trust in them even though they were professional, I do not believe they have the experience to accomplish any mediocre or major repairs.
I found one of their coupons from the local newspaper and decided to give them a try. I really needed an oil change and a state inspection. Junior waited on me and walked me out to my car to get some information. He told me they would check my vehicle over and let me know what it needed. The wait was not bad at all. I had my computer with me so I surfed the web till I was ready to go. My car passed the inspection with flying colors except my front brakes barely passed. They gave me an estimate for the brakes and my bill for the inspection and oil change. I decided to make an appointment to come back and get the brakes done. I love saving money and am glad I decided to clip that coupon and try Finks.

Good but not Great....
1. The Radiator was replaced with new coolant. However, the coolant in the overflow box was dirty and the overflow box was almost empty.
2. All four tires were low. Three tires had 20lbs.of air and one tire had only 15lbs.of air, leaving the shop (Finks).
Small details coupled with good work will make Great Work....

Tire buyer shipped and had the tires with in a day. It was all a great experience. The installer was able to install tires the next day with no problems. They were very helpful

I was referred to Finks via a friend, and I feel so confident about their business. On separate occassions, and one with my van being towed in, they took care of my vehicle, and made sure everything was right.
