This doctors office has long wait times, even for scheduled appointments. The bathrooms are not well kept and neither are the checkup rooms. I would not recommend this pediatric office for anyone.

I would absolutely recommend them to my friends looking for a good pediatrician. They were fantastic with my kids. . They're able to answer most of my questions,. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Dr. Holzager is great. I never felt rushed during our appointments, which are often at the end of the day. He answers all questions throughly. A suggestion would be to write down any questions you may have as they may not get answered and they help keep the appointment on track. I like Dr. Holzsager, however, I truly believe they overbook appointments for him. My normal wait time is about 45 minutes to get in (during flu season) when I have had an appointment time. It's hard to get an appointment for an emergency visit, they can work you in, but then you are waiting for a couple of hours to get in, therefore I go to MedExpress, in and out in 30 minutes or so.
