I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hampton Center Apts is a very nice place to live. The office staff & maintenance crews are awesome and are very quick to respond to any issues that may arrive. The rent is AFFORDABLE and the apts are SPACIOUS . The property is well lit at night therefore I had no security issues. I had no pets but it's a great place to live if you have them. I have lived here since 2009. The new management and maintenance are awesome. Can't wait to see what's in store for the future. Love that the pool is being taken care of for its opening....keep up the great work. Love it here

I've been here for 3 years and I must say the new management company and the rental office staff is awesome. In the last couple of months this apartment complex has gone from a 3 to a 10. I love the new changes and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice clean place to live that cares about the residents

If you are looking for a place that is cost efficient, quiet, pet and child friendly, safe, convenient and clean than you need not look any further. I enjoy living here. Maintenance is thorough and dependable. Perfect access to Hampton and worth every penny. Hampton Center is your 1st choice.

Apartment are advertised as luxury but are far from. The maintenance is slow and under qualified. Rent office staff is pleasant but not sincere when it comes to addressing issues. Apartment are very out dated and need severe renovations. Affordable prices but not worth the stress of constant repair. Stay only if you have too!!! Please shop around!!

Close to EVERYTHING: shopping, food, night life

The title says it all. The apartment in close to a growing city center, lots food choices( for a single person that's a plus), places to hang out at night, 3 movie theatres, and close enough to the highway for easy access but not for the road noise. The dog park is a great perk for my chihuahua and I. The grounds are well kept.

This apartment is good for military with a decent military discount. The office staff is always polite and ready to help, and it is usually a quite neighborhood. Definitely worth it for the price. The only negative thing I would say is that maintenance is a little slow when it comes to work requests. Sometimes it takes far too long and you have to keep checking in with them.

Property is very outdated. Advertised as luxury but it's not at all. DO NOT LET THE WEBSITE FOOL YOU. Maintenance is slow. If they repair they don't leave any notice. The dumpster is constantly broke and usually overloaded. Poor installation and windows allows for bug infestation. Gunshots at night are possible. If it's all you can afford go for it, but if u can spare a few more dollars take...

These apartments are terribly. The worst place I have ever lived.

First hand issues: We moved in to find that the AC does not work well, garbage disposal is cracked, oven fan does not work, only 3 outlets work properly, 4 light switched do not work for anything, and the balcony was trashed terribly to include; broken glass, cigarette butts, ashes, toenails and fingernails, nails, screws, and...

BEWARE RENTING HERE!!! I haven't lived here for OVER A YEAR and the leasing office is now trying to say they EVICTED me which is false as well as are trying to send a bill for over $4,000 a year later and when we requested they send the official bill no one from there was heard of again smh by far THE WORSE experience of my rental past not to mention the hardships I face now trying to rent because of what they falsely claimed. Money goes missing there and maintenance is by far THE WORSE!!!!!

My grandparents lived here for many years. This complex has become pure hell. The landscaping has cigarette butts all over it. My grandparents got broken into TWICE!! During the daytime on a Sunday. They had to deal with a new onset of roaches and water leakage problems. The apartment next to them was vacant with no doorknob on the front door making it a prime target for crime. DO NOT LIVE...

Hampton Center apartments was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life. I visited a nice model ahead of time that was very spacious and the grounds didn't look TOO bad, but they ripped me off big time. First of all, my apartment was disgusting moving in, the dishwasher was full of smelly brown water that I had to clean out, the floor was dirty with red juice spilled all over. There was still juice in the refigerator. The apartment smelled horrible. I found a disgusting xrated movie in the cupboard. I decided to scrub the apartment and forget about it. It was hot in my...
