I called in around 4:00 to get info about a car. I know i spoke to a female and was told i was going to get a call back by a manager to get more info about the vehicle. Well that was wednesday and it is now friday. So there's strike one. Another dealership called me back in no time. IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS THAT HELP a customer feel customer when buying a car.

I almost didn't get my car serviced here because the building was hidden behind trees and there is no "Service" directional sign along the road. I would think they would get a lot more customers if people could see a big sign for the service department. Patti was great to work with. I made an appointment, she asked want type of car, SUV I preferred and narrowed down my choices. I test drove 1 car and decided to upgrade and buy a different car. I went home driving my new SUV and I love it. I returned to get my SUV cleaned and patti was right there to greet me.

In May of 2006 I had my vehicle a 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder taken to Hall Mitsubishi to have the head gasket replaced.I also asked that they replace my convertible top since it was starting age.
