Trade in was right where I expected, deal moved smoothly on and I was driving off the lot in my super clean 2016 TLX that evening. Devin sold me a 2016 MDX for my wife last October and he is the single reason I went back. I knew he would take care of me once again. I have purchased three cars from Hall Acura, specifically Darryl Hoe. I have found him to be incredibly honest and ethical. Saturday evening, I purchased my third car from him. He was very patient with me while I decided exactly what I wanted. I will continue to do business with Darryl. As long as Darryl stays with Hall, they will have a customer for life.

Service department is the WORST I've ever experienced. They recommend items to be replaced/flushed that another Acura service department says are perfect. Icing on the cake is when they broke my fog light and tried to charge me $300 to fix it. Save your self a lot of hassle and go to another Acura …

My husband and I found a car on USAA's car buying service site. We went to Hall Acura in Newport News, VA for a test drive . It went well and the salesman was friendly and polite. After the drive, we returned home for lunch and to get a loan quote from USAA. One of the benefits of buying this car was $100 off for USAA members.
