I can't thank Sharon enough. She is definitely skilled hair color and cut. Very professional and friendly, she was able to correct a hair color I had and provide a color that worked well with my complexion. Definitely a hidden gem. I am new to the area and I went online and via Yelp! to find a place to try. After checking out multiple businesses I decided to call Hair or is. To my surprise they fit me in the next day and even moved my appointment to the afternoon to accommodate my noon appointment.

I have been going to Hair it is for a few years and I will continue to as I have always gotten the hair cut that I have asked for. Tiffany is very caring and such a perfectionist and just so sweet. I am usually able to get an appointment when I need to, even though they are busy.

After posting a review as being unsatisfied, my stylist, Tiffany, contacted me and we discussed my color. She offered to redo my color before the wedding and apologized over and over for not having met my expectations. I expressed to her that the color I got was actually very nice and I had received many compliments on it and that I didn't really want to risk messing it up trying to change it....

Have been looking for a new place to get mine and my daughters hair cut and mine colored and this is it!

Friendly felt at home atmosphere. My daughter does not like getting her hair cut because she's afraud a trim will turn into a 3 inch cut, but Sharon kept her word and only cut the dead ends and my daughter didn't even know it had been trimmed except no more frizzy dead hair.

Jessie does a great job and makes a person feel very pampered. Love the salon atmosphere and the dog is such a sweetie. The only suggestion I have is that Jessie could finish a little quicker. I was there 1 hour 20 minutes for a haircut. She is very considerate and only wants to give the very best service, but I would like to get in and get out when I just want a cut. Love ya jessi

Teenagers are not easy to please, but my 13 year old daughter loves her new hairstyle from Tiffany. Last summer, Grace cut her hair very short to play a boy's part in ""Ragtime, the Musical"". The cut was done in a barber shop and grew out shaggy, Tiffany styled it just right and made an easy to care for style for Grace. Grace is thrilled!

My visit to Hair It Is was great. I was looking for a fashion forward style and Sharon Phelps hooked me up. The color and haircut that I received was great. Everyone was very friendly and attentive to my needs. They offer a wide variety of services including pedicures and body waxing. I've heard great things about Rosie's pedicures.
