Gundlach was able to stop the water from gushing from my burst pipes and make the repairs in a very timely manner.....plumbers could not have been nicer or more professional in less than ideal work conditions

Gundlach has been my go-to for some time now. They get in, fix the problem, and get out, thus not wasting our money. They are also very accommodating with their schedules, which I appreciate not only as their customer but also as a Realtor who confidently refers Gundlach to my clients. Keep up the great work!

Prompt friendly and well informed folks. Called ahead to let me know they were on their way and arrived as planned, did the work and gave me some good advice. These are our "go to" guys for plumbing repairs and service!

My husband knows Lorie Gore through some business and networking groups so I decided to give them a call when we needed work done on our faucets. Not only were they diligent workers but they were thorough and explained everything. Great skills and great customer service!

The work was fine. The plumbers were curteous and efficient. My complaint was with the bill. When I called to make the appointment, I asked for the charges. Was told $25 every 15 minutes. I was charged $59 for transportation charges and an extra 15 minutes on the repair. Very Deceptive!!!

Immediate service in an emergency. Very prompt and clean. Problem fixed and recommendations to prevent future problems. Reasonable rates. Contract available for annual A/C check and furnace check. Great for older homes and systems!

After completing any work, the technicians will make small talk or sit in your driveway until the time they've spent there crosses an hour mark so they can bill you for the additional hour. I've seen this twice now. I've actually gotten a bill for three hours of labor when the guy was in my house for 42 minutes. Yes, I timed him. Apparently they also charge you an additional amount of labor...
