My key kept getting stuck in my house door, I went in to see what the problem was and they helped me out and fixed the problem. They gave me no problems at all and had very positive attitudes.
Took forever to get to my house.... which was supposedly around the corner for them. I got upset, and tried to go to their business. 110 Mt Pleasant is the old school building... no locksmith there. They are just a call center, using a fake address. When their subcontractor got to me, it was both expensive and poor quality! Stay away!
After my girlfriend and I broke up things were pretty crazy. My daughter is rather clumsy at times, bless her heart. She was getting her ballet stuff out of the trunk of the car and "forgot" she put the keys down inside of it. That's okay though, no big deal. My friends were supposed to be looking after my purse while I was in the restroom but they obviously didn't because someone stole my keys and a bunch of other stuff from inside it! ugh.
