Someone from company tried to offer me a $150 gift certificate which I turned down. Then wanted more photos to have someone else look at claim. Im done. Will shop at another store for a new mattress

This is a horrible establishment. Their business practices are border line thug-ish. I have experienced hold times ranging from 20-45mins..
