I set up an appointment online for Sunday June 28, 2015 at noon for four new tires. Had my boyfriend to drop off my truck that Sunday, but he was told that the tires I want wasn't there but at the warehouse. I contacted GoodYear and spoke with Dre who was extremely customer service oriented. The whole experience was smooth and courteous. I even met the installers who were helpful and courteous. I will definitely recommend this installer.
