This a really nice place, love my classes expecially body pump ! It would be nice to have a pool!!! On the overall the laburnum location is perfect for me!10mn away no excuses get my workout...

This gym is super clean and the temperature is always pleasant. The equipment is laid out well and there is a lot of variety. Its very convenient for this part of town and parking is good.

It's always hot in here. It is insanely busy in the after work hours to the point that it becomes difficult to get access to equipment of every kind. Lots of equipment get broken but they do a good job of repairing it quickly. The staff is helpful and courteous.

Been a member of golds gym for nearly 12 years and tugs is one if the most cleanest gyms with a high energy staff.

I recently joined GOLD Gym at south labarnum and found the staff to be flexible , courteous and professional .The trainers were very informative and eager to provide guidance while helping me to reach my fitness goals.I have had a great experience so far and is excited about continuing to reach my goal in this family friendly enviroment.jimmy

The gym is nice, I like the fact they have a place for children to come to the gym as the parents are working out. However, the bathroom accessaries is cheap. it is starting to broke down. Also, it would be nice if the gym would open up at five o'clock am Monday to Friday.
