person should go to the unit at week 52, lots of things to do, yes done of the restaurants are closed for dinner, but many are open, and you csn always bank the unit and exchange with ii, if you wanted to have a beach time, why did you buy week 52? Your choice, no sales person told you that week of the year was summer time.

This company is one of the most fraudulent developers in the timeshare industry. The only thing you can do is cancel your timeshare contract. I recommend you to read an article with good information about these fraudulent companies:

Gold Key can turn 90mins into 3 hours. I suggest a quick internet search of this company. If you do go to a presentation, stay strong and keep saying No.

Gold Key Resort is a dishonest organization with salesmen that lie about their products at any cost.  They offered us a timeshare and told us we could use it or exchange the week anytime we wanted for another location as long as it’s available.    They sold us week 52 and assured us that the week we bought could be used at any time.  When we pressed and asked another manager, he reassured us...

These are the ones harassing people on Atlantic Avenue, offering "comps", and not taking NO for an answer. Even if I were interested in VB property, I am not going anywhere near Gold Key.

The same happen to me. First they sold me a week in Dec. and they assured me I was going to be able to trade anywhere. WRONG!! Then I realized who the hell is going to want to trade with me.
