The owner of Gilpin Roofing came to my home and did some great work. I had a roof leak and my roof was old so he replaced the whole roof and even gave me 2 free sheets of plywood for my roof deck. Everything looks great and it was less than some of the other estimates. I recommend them to my friends

My experiance with Gilpin Roofing and Siding was excellent from the day they came out for an estimate to the day I wrote them a check. They've continued to contact me and make sure im happy with their job. One area of my house has a low slope roof that required a flat roof membrane, crickets and flashing. I would love to rate quality of service, but first they have to show up. After 2 scheduled appointments that they did not show or call they showed up another day unannounced to work on my roof repairs. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with their professionalism I asked what they would do to make it right. I was offered $30 off the cost of repairs. So apparently they do not value customers....
