Eat at George's probably 2-3 times a month. I can always count on a quality meal at a decent price. Their steaks are fire grilled, seafood can be fried or broiled and Don't forget the home made French fries or spaghetti.
If you are looking for simple italien/greek/steak/seafood, and are on the south side of the City, this is the place to stop. It is always filled with locals. The portions are large and the food very tasty.
My family has eaten at George's numerous times. The meals have always been perfect and just to our liking.
Went with my brother and was told to get the steak sub, which all 4 of us did. Came with grilled onions and shrooms and fries piled high. So much food, split a portion or eat the other half for lunch the next day. Loved it
This restaurant is a longtime local favorite that serves to a wide variety of tastes. You can spend less than $10 on a quick lunch special, or spend more for some fine dining. One of the wine queen's co-workers recommended Georges. We went on a Friday night. The parking lot was almost full. I expected a wait, but they still had a few tables. We were seated immediately. I may have been one of the youngest people there, and that's not saying a lot. But older folks know where to get a bargain...

Well, that pretty much sums it up, but I have to say, this is a great restaurant. The spaghetti and meatballs is a great item to fill you up, they give you a whole lot it. The rolls are delicious, they'll go faster than they came.
