I LOVE LOVE LOVE her Barre Fitness class on Tuesday and Thursday evenings!! I would recommend this studio/class to anyone who is interested in having FUN while getting fit physically and mentally! :)

We have been clients of hers for 15+ years. Students receive quality dance instruction, in a caring, respectful environment. Her students learn not only dance technique, but life lessons - how to be respectful, grateful, kind, and wonderful teammates to each other. My daughter is now studying Musical Theater in college, and she was very well prepared, thanks to Lori and her staff.

Ms. Lori teaches the girls more than dance. She encourages them to be accepting of others. This is especially important to my daughter who had to switch studios. Ms. Lori allows the girls to grow at their own pace, neither pushing or holding back, but always encouraging.

Genesis Arts not only instructs their students in multiple forms of dance, but teaches them to be respectful of others no mater what level of skill they have. Director Lori Browning truly loves all of her students as do her teachers. There is no other Studio that gives you the sense of a loving family, while at the same time preparing clients for a career in dancing and more, if they desire to.

My daughters have been studying dance at Genesis Arts for over 10 years. They love the teachers and the variety of great dance classes that are offered. I love the Zumba classes! Genesis Arts is a very friendly and supportive studio.

Happy place to send my daughter

I have sent my daughter (now 7) to Dance Foundations for 3 years. She arrives and leaves smiling. She likes her friends, the dances she learns, and the teachers. The studios are clean and orderly.

I find the other families there a delight and we all (at least I think) enjoy greeting each other and spending some time together weekly.

The older girls are polite, poised, and responsible....

Not the right place for kids

Here is my review of each area I can think of.

Dance Instruction - I rate a two because it is very basic instruction. What you are taught is very good technique for a beginner but if you want to do this as a profession then you have to learn more than Fosse from 30 years ago.

Office staff - I rate a zero because there is no office staff to speak of and there is more than enough turnover...
