I spoke briefly with Francis Motley during a telephone conversation. I am Director of HR for an agency that provides employment for individuals with disabilities. I was simply asking a question of Francis Motley. She was rude, inpatient and unconcerned. Surely, her demeanor with clientele is more professional.
