I love this dental office. Everyone is always kind and friendly and seem concerned with what is going on in my personal life as far as work and school. Worst experience ever!! I have never been treated as rudely as I was by the office staff here, on the phone and in person. FYI you have to go in and give them your insurance info before they will schedule an appointment. There are many other dentists in the area, I ended up driving an extra twenty minutes to have my kids seen by a great dentist with a much better "first impression" that we love...

My experience was great! I was so nervous and they made me feel very comfortable. I had two appointments and I really thought after the first appointment, I would not keep the second appointment because of my fear. But after my first appointment, I will return! They are wonderful!!!!

Dr. Mike and his staff provide a level of service I have yet to see anywhere else. We have a child with severe autism, and dental care would be impossible without First Impressions. The lengths they go to to ensure he is safe and comfortable and that we are well-informed is truly unbelievable. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a child with special needs!
