Early Frustrations, Timely Service

Initially they attempted to charge me more than what TireBuyer guaranteed. They argued with me a bit on the phone before finally settling on the guaranteed price. The service was very quick. They did some additional work on a very busy day and still had my car back to me shortly after lunch. The workmanship seems decent with the exception of some lubricant left all over the outside of my tires....

The staff was very friendly and courteous. I am glad I made an appointment for my tire installation because the service center was very busy. The wait was okay, I was conversing with a customer that help the time go fast. The atmosphere was pleasant. If I need tires again I would definitely have firestone install them. Thank for your good service.

Great Customer Service! I went to this Firestone for an oil change expecting to get the same run around that auto mechanics always give. However I was suprised when the manager himself helped me! He was prompt and knowledgeable. He did advise me of some preventative maintence however were never pushy and when I got home I checked the factory recommendations for maintence and they were dead on.I...
