I had two tired put on my vehicle, every thing minus getting a time frame was flawless. Overall, I will be doing business with firestone in Chester again.

Over $1300.00 to replace two struts, an alignment & replace a light bulb? We found a garage to do the work for HALF of what Firestone was charging. Absolutely rediculous. I also priced tires there...

This is the secon time I used tire buyer with the Firestone dealer, that combo makes tire buying as painless as possible. Bought online on a Monday, the tires were supposed to be in on Thursday but arrived on Tuesday and were installed on Wednesday. I wasn't in a hurry but they did the job fast and I really appreciate that.

I made an appointment to have four tires installed. My tires were delivered and waiting on me to arrive for the install. The employees were very friendly and took care of the job in a timely manner. I will definitely come back.

I've been very pleased with this Firestone location since they first opened. The manager, Ashley, is a hard working, honest gentleman who seems to know his customers the minute they walk in the door. I was surprised Firestone had the best price for installation.They are located close to my home and have always been courteous.When my daughter arrived she was told they were running a bit behind but was promptly checked in and provided regular updates.Installation was completed in a little over an hour and she was on her way. They even provided a written estimate for a recommended brake repair.

I really enjoyed the work they did. they took the time out even notice other problems that was going on with my car and tires. They offered to fix it for a responsible price. Not only was the quality of there work was good but the timely manner that they did it in was perfect. I was able to drop off and it was ready first thing in morning was a great feeling. love there work thanks

Good solid service. Very knowledgable staff. When asked for recommendations, takes the time to determine my driving habits and makes recommendation based on need not price. Also will let me know of upcoming maintaince that needs attention. Will also let me know of what I can take care of myself instead of paying someone. All my autos get all the service done right here.
