Dropped off vehicle a day before all the tires arrived, first time customer of Firestone. Next day, they called when vehicle was done, charged what tirebuyer.com suggested for price. Everyone I talked with was friendly, would recommend and use in the future.

Had an appointment for 3:00p. They took me right back and one hour 30 minutes later I got my car back after swapping out four tires. I would hate to see how long it would be without an appointment.

They did okay seemed to be a lot of standing around. They used some kind of white substance to help with placing the new tires on the rims and left it all over the rims. I assume to make it easier to slide over the rims. Thought the price was fair.

Had appt at 10. Got there at 930 to be told I had to leave car all day. Went to eat and came back to be told once again I needed to catch a movie and walk around mall. Robert the mgr was very rude. Told him I just wanted to buy tires and will put on somewhere else. Had to get tires from there cause I had faulty ones before so they were prorating them. After arguing with him I took tires and...

friendly service Kudzu

Service is great. I needed to have my battery checked and they refered me to auto zone where they provide the same service for free. Staff is very friendly. Can be difficult to get in for inspections.
