Candace, the assistant manager, assisted me. She was extremely professional and friendly. She explained the steps involved to scan my materials/save them to a PDF/and put them on my thumb drive. She was warm, welcoming, and encouraging with my project. She was extremely appreciative of my business and stated that to me. She needs a raise! I'll bring all of my business back to this location.

Evan S was extremely helpful and gave me expert advice on packaging and shipping an original acrylic painting on stretched canvas. Came in Sunday the 25th with a project I was doing and had no clue how to get it done. Candace was awesome and patient with me and helped me on the computer set up sizing and color to get the job done. Picked up today and could not be happier ?

I am 74 years old and the manager of thi location who's name is Pat went over and above to help me and she is an example of what Great service is all about. If we had more people like Pat in America we would be a better country. Service is the most important part of business and with pat the store manager Yuo have that.

Mr. DeAngilo @2602 Location Code NTUK was tops. Fortunately this handy store was not busy at counters (one other customer on such a weekend beach afternoon). He patiently, politely and thoroughly processed my sectioned copy order which required extra time. As we only occasionally use these services, one forgets how-to.

I almost gave FedEx one star but today Donna went above and beyond to help me with the internet workstation. No one told me you could use a debit debit card instead of loading a card each time. Fax was sent to them yesterday and every time I called (4x) , they said they didn't get it! They need to be more conscientious as this is important info I needed yesterday! I called them this morning and they said they didn't have it. Then, when I called at noon, and insisted that they had it yesterday , they finally looked for it. Don't they realize they are messing with peoples lives?
