I came to FedEx when they opened and Leslie was excellent help. She was able to figure out the type of paper I needed and printed my poster immediately. I'm using this poster for a scientific conference and I'm confident mine will stand out. I would definitely recommend FedEx in Williamsburg to my friends.

I had just flown into town when I noticed I had my materials for a client meeting were not printed properly. I found your FedEx Office Center # 0843 and drove straight there from the airport to have my materials reprinted. Jessica was able to help me ship 5 boxes and pack a sixth box in less than 20 minutes. I didn't have to wait at all and it made the process of shipping all my stuff in the midst of a big move not stressful at all. Jessica and Jamar was extremely helpful during this process. Jamar helped lift all of my heavy boxes onto the countertop and sealed them up for me.

I was basically there for 3 hours as I used a workstation to obtain files from my email, added them to a flash drive and had 6 different things sized and printed .... It's a FedEx, and it is in a convenient location. The staff is overall very helpful, though they always seem to be pretty slammed with customers. Seemingly efficient location. Greeted as I walked in the door. In and out without too much wait, or issues.Small parking lot with large amount of traffic due to other businesses located in this shopping area.Getting in and out of this location due to its close proximity to the light at Oyster Point and Jefferson is a sizable issue.

Do not come here for your printing needs.I had a simple task- print off 30 colored invitations, front and back.Little did I know, an hour and $37 later, that these invitations would cause so much stress and not turn out very nice.I will sum up my awful experience with the customer service at this FedEx …

Worst FedEx ever!! This FedEx is right down the street from me and I have to use them all the time. These people are lazy and tonight topped it off... I get there and there is a sign up saying return in 10 minutes. Come on. This is pathetic. If you don't want to work, just close this FedEx down and stop wasting my time.

open 24/7 hours and that's good to me since I'm coming from farmland Oklahoma last and everything is closed on Monday and weekends. no joke if a store is opened on Monday they advertise it to make sure people know... 24/7 copies. cheaper than the libary... awesome
