Great service. Amy is the best. She takes extra good care of her customers. Seeing the optician their now, too. Feel very confident in her findings.

I had a great experience. The whole process from the exam to picking glasses was excellent. I really liked Dr. Aune, very thourough and nice. Amy and all the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I will be back!

Chapel Hill ECC is absolutely amazing! Thank you guys for everything you do and I would highly recommend your service to anyone in the area. Special shout out to Amy for helping me with my glasses. They are beautiful! The Eye Care Center of Chapel Hill was amazing! Amy helped me get the perfect set of contact lenses. They feel amazing and the best part is I can wear them while I sleep if I want. Thank you so very much to all the staff! It was the best eye care visit I have ever had.

No eyeglass repair kits. No offer to repair eyeglasses for free for the ten seconds it would have taken. Helpful advice to hit the road and check out Walgreens, though. Look purty busy on a midday Tuesday.

This place was recommended as an affordable place to get prescription lenses in Chapel Hill. The eye exam was not as thorough as I'm used to and I was told that my prescription has not changed in the four years since my last eye exam, which I find hard to believe. I opted to order a set of frames & lenses from them for convenience sake - their selection of frames left a lot to be desired, but I found a decent pair that will hold me over until I can order another set online.
