By far this was my best experience at an optometrist. I am new to the area and so this was my first time attending. All staff was extremely helpful and I could tell they took a personal interest in each patient.
The admitting staff, Dr. Benkusky and his assistant were very good. He took time to explain everything to me in such a way that I could understand. He showed me and explained to me clearly, the tests and pictures of my eyes. He was very gracious and kind. He gave me the feeling that he sincerely cared about my well being and peace of mind. . I love going there and everyone is so professional....

My experiences with ECCEdenton, have always been extremely positive. I was more than impressed yesterday when I arrived for my appointment. I was kept waiting not even one full minute before someone came to start my appointment. That is so unusual in most medical offices, but I have not found that to be the case at ECC. Everyone there is extremely pleasant, polite and helpful. I should also add...
Some of the people there are very nice and helpful. They are kind of costly but I like all of the technology they have. Have your exam money on the day of your appointment, if you don't they get a little rude.

I had a wonderful experience at the Eye Care Center in Edenton. I've never really worn glasses and after my exam I found out I needed them. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, and they take their time assisting you while picking out the perfect frames. Dr. Benkusky takes the extra time to explain things to you so you know what it all means. I look forward to my visit again next year!
