Would not recommend. The apartments are old and the ones they are renovating are too expensive for what they are. They would take a long time to fix anything wrong with your apartment.They over charge on repairs as well. Our window broke and to just change out one pane they charged $200. When we moved out they told us we would only have to pay until the end of the month and then charged us until our end of lease date. The rent would rise every year even though the complex only got worse. Laundry facilities often very dirty and broken. Complained many times about people smoking marihuana in the laundry facilities but problem persisted for over a year. They finally started locking the laundry facilities but then wouldn't open them up until later In the morning then they were supposed to.

I moved into a small 2 bedroom apartment at Emerald Point in March of 2000 and renewed my lease for another year in February of 2001.
