My family of six stayed here for one night and we will be back. Great hotel, great staff, and the housekeeping was very friendly. The room had plenty of space for all of us. Wonderful gathering area for groups like our soccer team. Good convenient location. Gym is roomy compared to competition. Staff service was friendly and attentive. Internet reception was okay in our room but not great; lost connections a couple of times, but not a big deal.
Cooks Keonia Selena and Patricia Blue went out of their way to serve us breakfast 30 minutes after breakfast was over! They were happy to serve us and had no issue going out of their way, even after everything was cleaned up. Greatly appreciated and the service is highly recommend.
My wife and I returned to this Embassy Suites for a romantic getaway. Our memories of this hotel were very good. We have been to our fair share of Embassy Suites including this one a few times, a typical favorite choice of hotels for our family and this Embassy Suites has always rated above average for us. Great location, service and a friendly staff.
We walked into a dirty room (like vomit in the toilet and food in the sink and on the counters) after traveling for 14 hours and were barely offered an apology. This was followed by an unfriendly staff and a subpar breakfast. Not up to the usual Embassy standards.

Stayed here one night as part of taking in the Williamsburg sights. Hotel staff is friendly. Room is decent sized but not ideally designed. The bathroom is off the living area (rather than bedroom), which means if you have a small child sleeping there, you have to walk through their room to reach the bathroom at night.

One thing that all hotels today seem to have issues with is either the quality of the building and staff often don't compliment each other! It's like a trend today! The room had a strange oder, sort of felt like it was not as clean. The service seem to be ok, had no problems checking in. I have not tried the complementary breakfast yet, just hope it's not like the room is.. Overall I would rate it like a (7).

We loved the free drinks each night, the great buffet for breakfast. They put us on the main floor next to lobby and pool so it was quite noisy at times and the mattress was not as soft as I would have liked but other than that it was a great place to stay.
Room is nice. Check in and lack of recorded keeping on the staffs part has not been a good experience. Air conditioning didn't work for our first two days. Things happen. The gentleman who came to our room to check on our air conditioning should be repositioned in the company to teach Customer Service training to the front desk staff.

It was a nice hotel. However, the air condition in the halls, bathrooms and elevator was broken but the rooms were fine. Beds were comfortable, helpers very friendly and cordial, breakfast cold but otherwise good. Swimming pool full of noisy teenagers, dripping swimsuits in the elevators, happy hour with nice wine and beer, snacks, no hot appetizers, no maid service in our two rooms.. The office said they had a note from us. Not True!

We had a nice stay. However, there was one issue that put a damper on our 32nd wedding anniversary stay- the banging and drilling from the repair work being done on the swimming pool area. Our room was directly above the pool.
Great. Stayed during William & Mary graduation. Only downside from our point of view, during the busy graduation weekend, hosted several very large student tour groups. Made getting complimentary breakfast very difficult.
Nice renovated hotel, was put into a room 325 that had snafus smell must have leaking pipes. Staff moved us, no questions asked.

Happy Hour\n\nMy Bluetooth headset was left in the room on a counter top, called immediately upon leaving so someone could retrieve it. Staff and general manager were extremely uncooperative. No one would go to the room and get it for me. It was ultimately stolen.
I like the hotel but the pool area was cold and the pool was the main reason I picked this hotel, so that was disappointing. I was told breakfast was was until 10:30 and it was actually 9:30. We went out at 9:30, they started pulling everything on my family even though we were trying to get food.

Stayed for a weekend. Omelet bar was great. Room was in great shape upon arrival. Second day maid service was average at best as not much cleaning was done. Pretty much just made the beds and changed the towels. The second night the hotel lost all hot water overnight into the next day. The hotel did not charge for this night so that made up for it. It was the worst ever. When we got here we were given the wrong room. Once we moved our bags and settled into the new room we realized the heat did not work. So once again I go to the front desk. Every staff member was extremely helpful and friendly from when we walked in for our stay until we left. Nice free happy hour every night and more than adequate free breakfast. our initial room had an odd smell so we came down to change rooms. It was no problem even though it was a very busy weekend in Williamsburg. Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Great price for a 2 room suite. Enjoy the cooked to order breakfast. Staff was very friendly.\n\nDid not have the room that I booked (king) and had to give me 2 doubles. Not that big of a deal. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous.\n\nSadly the hotel was filthy! Upon entering our room for the first time, the bathroom was filthy and I had to clean it. I would go through several plates, stemware, and utensils before finding something clean. That was very sad.
