We have been going to Elite for approximately 2 years, solely as a buyer. We have bought MANY things from Phil, the owner (ie., movies, TV, diamond ring, computer, games, etc.) His store is one of the cleanest you can find. Doesn't even look like the typical Pawn Shop. He has great and friendly staff that work for him. At this point, we consider them more like friends than just a business. We have NEVER had an issue with them. Ipod Classic 80gb silver, advertised as brand new, arrived used.

Upon arrival, it was immediately noticed that:
1. Item was NOT shrink wrapped
2. Back of item was scratched up
3. Screen was nicked up
4. Item would only power on when plugged to wall outlet
5. Item already had tons of music on it as well as a full length movie!

I immediately let business know. They responded by apologizing, asked me to send the item back, and said they would refund my money. I sent the item back immediately and asked for the full refund plus reimbursement for $5.95 I paid for return shipping.
