My room did not have a desk or table. I had to put my tray of food on the bed. Totally unacceptable. The AC/Heater system worked but was old and needed maintenance. It made a loud and intrusive noise that woke me up when it cycled on/ff. Pressing the power off button did not stop the system from running. I could hear people coming/going in the unit next to mine. I could hear their arguments...
Polite staff. Our room smelled like cigarettes, no water pressure. Our pillows had blood stains from bed bug bites. The remote didn't work. I don't ask for much but just cleanliness and a good shower. We ended up buying disigfecting spray for our bed and bathroom. For a room of $200 you would expect a lil more smh.
We checked our AC first thing and it barely worked. There was still hair in the tub and behind the bathroom door. There were burns in the comforter, stains on the tables. The latch on the main door was missing and you could see a little through the replacement cover in the door.
The hotel was clean, although the fixtures were outdated some. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, and our room was situated right by the parking lot, which was convenient. The hotel is also located in a very good location for food and shopping.
I would never stay at any econo lodge again. It was also too expensive. I paid $200 for something worth less than $40
Rooms were clean, front desk staff were super friendly. However we did find out halfway into our stay that it was a bad part of the area. Nothing happened, however would probably not return.

Had a broken door they never came to fix. When I first arrived, guy at front desk said I didn't have reservations, I had to call the hotels.com ppl an they confirmed that I did, guy was look on the wrong day an he didn't even apologize.

Over priced and dirty. It would have been better if we stayed in my tent. I will not go to this establishment again. I paid for 2 rooms but only needed 1. When I tried to return one Hotel.com said that I could but the Econo Lodge said they wouldn't give me the refund (days later). The beds were comfortable, the towels and the wash cloth were super thin. You have to stand in the shower for a good 15 minutes to get a good soak. The shower head is kind of weak. My towels were dirty . My bed sheets had stains on them . The location was bad . The little kitchen space was filthy. I would never go back there . And I wound not recommend it to anyone else

I specifically requested a non smoking room at booking and I was given a smoking room. I requested to move but was put into another smoking room. I wasn't particularly fond of the service and room conditions but it was a fair value for my money. It was conveniently located for my purposes

The first room we were in had a terrible musty odor so we moved to another room. There was a big gap between the door and the floor. The furniture was old. The windows were paper thin we could hear every noise outside. The room was ok for the few hours we were there to rest.

A good location for shops, restaurants & road links. However, evenings are rowdy and noisy with visitors/guests having no regard for others. Late night partying until early hours of morning depriving others of sleep. Hotel staff were not apologetic when informed in the morning and denied knowing there was such chaos happening - hard to believe as rooms and reception are in one building....
Hotel directly across from mall GREAT. Everything else bad. Paid for 2 nights only stayed for 1. Will never stay at another Econo Lodge again.
I enjoyed my stay
If you have stayed at other Econo Lodge's your first clue that this is the dregs is the price. But you may still have hope the breakfast, room quality or safety are still ok but do not stay here. I arrived at 2am to just stay until an 8am meeting and felt unsafe. There were homeless people wandering around this motel-style building. The breakfast consisted of white bread, jam and mini-muffins...
The bedspreads had holes in them. The t.v. appeares to have been abused because it had holes on top. We had 4 adults in the room and only 2 towels. We called for more and they couldn't find them. We left a note the second morning for extra towels and got 1 hand towel.
I wasn't comfortable with the door to my room. It didn't have a chain or dead bolt and as a single woman traveler it would have made me feel better. The door had to be slammed so that it would close all the way. Also, the room says there is a blow dryer in each room, don't believe it. The wi-fi was terrible and the electrical plug on the desk didn't work.

Did not sleep well because the bed was so unconformable and air conditioning unit was noisy. Breakfast was tiny blueberry muffins and plain bread with some cornflake cereal with a milk carton.

They are remodeling. The room I had seemed newly painted and the carpet and some of the furnishings seemed newer. However, the phone did not work well, I did not receive a requested wake up call and there was no alarm clock in the room (or any clock at all). Breakfast was little muffins, coffee and juice. They would not let me check in early, but asked me repeatedly to check out right at 11 am....
It was ok but when I first went into the bathroom I had to kill a roach and there was mold on the rubber part of the refrigerator
If you're looking to stay somewhere that's clean and comfortable, but still save money, this is the place for you. The towels are a little scratchy, but the AC worked great and the room was clean. Also, the place is convenient to the interstates.
this place is a dump bed sheets were yellow tv didnt work and when i ask to change rooms bugs were in the bathroom manager didnt refund all my money and some lady was trying to sell me something in the lobby! be for real! this place is garbage.

It was just you standard ghetto hotel, room was clean and comfortable, didn't smell bad or anything. It's next to a great hibachi called Mongolian barbecue. But I was mad that the wireless signal was not very strong in my room. And I missed breakfast but I think it's just bagels and muffins or something because it's in the hotel lobby which doesn't have much room.
The only problem I had was the toliet seat was broken.
To be fair, they were doing renovations and maybe after that is done, it will much better!!

It was awful the beds stunk. I can't even explain in words how terrible it was. There's no words to explain it. I didn't even stay for 1 day.
All I can say is be careful. Very dirty rooms. Safety latch lock on door was hanging by loose screws. Curtains pulled slightly open when cars approached in parking lot. A girl asked me if I needed company as I walked to my room. Depends on what you are looking for. I did not feel safe here.Room service replaced towels but did no change or make beds daily.
