They were on time and cleaned up as they went along. The job took an extra day because they were attending to service calls during my installation. I got a great deal on the system they installed. It was well worth it.
Called twice and left Voice Mail over two days. Not the first call back. Use your own judgement if you want this company to work on your HVAC.

The two men who came to install my heat pump dropped the unit while trying to transport it to the side of my house. My daughter saw and heard it happen. They didn't come and tell me about it and when I told them I knew and they should call their boss and let him know, they kept installing it and didn't call their boss. Even though the technician ultimately fixed my A/C unit and got cool air back in the house, his troubleshooting capabilities were lacking. He figured out that the circuit board for my unit was not working properly and needed to be replaced but I had to prompt him to dig deeper into the unit to figure out why the circuit board went bad in the first place because it was also wet! I would not recommend Eco Mechanical as their customer service is awful. 2 month old AC is out going on 7 days and all they can tell me is that the part has not come in. Well my house is over 80 degrees inside. they keep telling me that they will put the part in as soon as it arrives. Where my problem is they say the part is coming in the next day and I never even get a call to say it did not...
I had posted that I was not happy with the Service but the owner called me directly to resolve my issue. Good to know that he jumps on a problem.

I recently purchased a rental house and wanted to have the system checked and serviced if necessary. Eco performed a tuneup and cleaned the coils in the air handler and checked the coolant levels. They arrived on time and were very easy to deal with. I will use them in the future when service is needed for my rental homes.
I felt no pressure to buy
Had them come out to service our heat on our home. Called in the afternoon and they were there first thing the next morning right on time! Very professional! Will use them for all my heating and cooling needs!

Had a few issues with scheduling and delivery of equipment. Installation took about a day and a half to complete. Good price. Kevin Carlson and staff were very helpful and responsive to our questions and conserns. They were friendly, professional and did a good job.
My husband was on a business trip and our heat went out. I called 3 different companies to fix the problem. Kevin at ECO Mechanical was the 1st to call and check out the problem. It was just a dirty censored and he only charged me for a service call. HONESTY goes a long way with me. Ill be a life long customer. Janet D.
Tech was dipatched to my home minutes after i called. He arried on time, was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He completed the evaluation quickly and mde the necessary repair. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need and I would recommend him to anyone.

Eco Mechanical was quick, professional and resonably price. My AC went down during the height of this summer's heat wave. I was working with a warranty company that could not get my AC fixed for grater than a week. Eco diagnosed the problem within 4 hours of my initial call, ordered parts and had my AC up and cooling my house within hours. Great job, I will use them again and again.
Came out on the service call within 30 minutes of contact to diagnose the problem. Easily answered all my questions and researched to find suitable replacements. Overall great service.
They called me immediately and set up an appointment to service my A/C. The technician was very helpful and informative about what to do in the future. They gave me a quote before they did any work and their rates are reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future and I recommend them to anyone with heating and A/C problems.
The only issue I had was them calling me but if I called he would call right back overall good experience with this company
Technicians need to have shoe covers for their boots to keep from tracking dirt in the house. Had to call company back because he replaced on part but did not check the system to see if anything else was needed. He came back out to add refrigerant to the unit. Customer service was good. The tech was very friendlly.

Called in the late afternoon, and they came out the next morning on time (they actually offered to come out the same evening, but I told them to come the next morning). Very professional staff, work was done well and quickly, work area was clean after they were done, and they charged a reasonable price. What more could you ask for?

Very considerate and diligent gentlemen. I recently bought an older home and had a few ducts come off of their boots and while the guys were under the crawil space they took the time to let me know about some old water damage they saw. I definitely recommend Eco Mechanical.
