Apparently "punctuality" is not in this cab company's vocabulary. The first time I scheduled a pick-up, it was set for 5:30 AM. Disrespectful...prejudice... Racist!!!! He stated that he didn't want us "n****rs" in his taxi after driving off as we were entering the cab!!!!!

Exactly on time. Took me the fastest way and made it a point to show me a way to avoid traffic when I go next time. Very friendly and courteous, and had a nice conversation to boot. Comfy seats.

Mr. Gene was extremely punctual, courteous, and honest. He helped keep my 2yo daughter calm in the car while her mother was stuck in the hospital recovering from surgery. He even cut a deal on the fare because his credit card app wasn't working correctly and we had to make a stop for an ATM. Mr. Gene was an excellent choice for me yesterday when I needed a ride to the hospital for a procedure. He was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable about the routes. He is super military friendly and even gave me a discount as a military member. He even went above and beyond to drive me to a local bakery to get something to eat so I wouldn't go home hungry after my surgery...at no extra charge...

My driver, Gene, was smart about the area and for convo even. I was well suprised by the courtesy and respect I was given from the moment I stepped in the taxi until the time I stepped out. I will defiantly be using his services again and would highly recommended him to anyone looking for a ride in the area.

This services as EXCELLENT! My wife and I were stranded due to late flight. We did not know the area and son was not yet home. We needed a resturant somewhere close to son's house. He found the perfect place only a few blocks from son's house. Service was perfect. Very friendly and accomodating. Keeping his card and will use his service anytime I am in Chesapeake
