I have been to this Dunkin location 3 times and today was the last. I don't know what type of training the employees go through, but they definitely need to revamp the training. I enjoy coming here. My husband and I like to bring our kids here for donuts and ice cream. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They do run out of certain donuts.

They were out of cups except for the kiddie/small. I didn’t feel like a come. So, I ordered a shake. They put way too much milk in it and it ended up very liquidy. I told them it was too liquidy and the lady said...“that’s weird, I did put a lot of milk in it” i ask if i could get more ice cream in it and the chick told me no. Because she had to dump the excess? What??!! That’s just not right!!...

The workers here are very rude. They never let you finish ordering, and they are very bad at their jobs. They repeatedly mess up the simplest of orders.

They can do better

It's hard to go wrong with a Dunkin Doughnut but this particular one is pretty unreliable. Last couple of times our Boston Cream donuts were so smashed as to be essentially inedible in a car. Service can be abrupt. Often out of ice cream altogether....Drive 2 miles north to the other one.
