I called and made appointment when the day of exam I showed up. I was told that I have no appointment on their calendar. I was rescheduled to a different day I called to verify my appointment and again I was told my name is not on their calendar. I was rescheduled again and asked for an email

confirmation. I received the email

Very impressed with this LensCrafters! The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the office was on time and the doctor was friendly, intelligent, and professional. The office also helped me SAVE money, and not try to get me to buy things I didn't need or extras that weren't essential. I'll come back here for my annual exam anytime.

The reception staff was polite, but not very friendly. Dr. Gedamu was professional and answered all of my questions I had regarding contacts. One of the nurses took me into the back room to practice putting in and taking out contacts - she was incredibly patient with me! Dr. Gedamu was professional and knowledgeable. He performed the eye exam efficiently and explained the results to me. The aid who took the initial readings was also pleasant and professional. I will continue to use Dr. Gedamu as my optometrist.

Perhaps you should consider replacing the black girl at the front desk. She is less than pleased about performing her job. Also, I left a voice message which no one returned. The process with the doctor works, the front desk needs help.
