The staff is always helpful and very polite. The doctors are professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Every visit, they are genuinely concerned about the health of my eyes. I have been seeing the doctors at this office for almost 2 years and will continue to in the future.

Crafford & Assoc's have been my eye doctor for 17 years. My right eye suffers from a stigma (blood clot on retina) which came about from a gunshot to the eye years ago. Dr Crafford & Assoc's have handled my prescription(s) and eye exams except for the insertion of a lens into the retina of the eye and the laser treatment that went with it. When fitted for contacts, doctor refused to have follow up visit with contacts did not work correctly. Was only interested in yet another consultation fee for follow up visit

I had a very bad experience with this optometry. I wish I had never gone there for I paid over $100 for the wrong prescription. The doctor I had to deal with wasn't very customer service oriented. Perhpas it was his young age and inexperience. Not quiet sure. But I would never recommend this place to anyone else.
