Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I ordered a steak which must have been forgotten about it was so burnt it wasn't edible. Wait staff were not tentative at all. Several times I had to flag someone down. We are responsible dog owners and bring a crate to keep her from chewing anything. Have stayed @ this Double tree multiple times and I have never been disappointed in them what so ever! Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Beds are extremely comfortable and very quiet from hearing outside noises. Bar/restaurant are great to, wether you want a late night snack or a full blown dinner.

Super service from the inside hotel restaurant Max & Ermas and at the reception desk. I'll stay here again at my next opportunity. Also enjoyed the fitness room which is available 24/7. Will be booking again for a convention in June.

We loved the DoubleTree with theres free cookies. Its kind of far from the beach but the shuttle is very convenient. Room in HHonors was very clean, staff helpfull.
I asked for my bedding to be changed due to dirt And grit. And it was just swept off. No fresh bedding even after a second request. The floor also had several wet spots that they refused to attend to.

Good hotel
Short business trip. First morning the shower wasn't as warm as I'd like, but seemed okay the second morning. Hallway on the floor had a bit of a stale odor, but room was fine.
It was a very nice place to stay at. Everything was great. I will stay there again.
Our stay was nice. The room wasn't as big as I thought it was going to be and it was a little out dated. The service was awesome! The cookies were a hit with the kids.
Lobby/ entrance renovation is complete and is the nicest part of the hotel as I have seen. This is my second stay at this hotel. Staff is super friendly and check in was quick both times. Plus bonus welcome cookies. Parking isn't terribly close, and at night the lot is not lite- for a solo traveler, that was a safety issue.

Elevators...one may work...3 will never work...and usually you wait and wait...just to find out that staff is riding the elevator... (guess there is no service elevator)
