Best brisket around. My family and I ate there on 3/9/2014 for lunch and the food was great. We recently moved from Texas and we were looking for some good brisket. Knowing the Dickeys in Texas are great we were excited to find one in Fredericksburg. The food and service were great. We will be back.

Pulled pork and the brisket are both excellent! We like the food so much, we even ordered a smoked ham for our Christmas meal and it was awesome too! Can't wait to try the ribs on my next visit.

President Dowd Farm. Just tried your place for the first time. Bought 1 lb of pulled pork and 1/2 rib order. Pork was great but the ribs were awful. The kind of ribs one would get at a place where ribs are a sideline.
