While I have experienced some minor issues with Diamond Springs , I genuinely like the neighborhood and my unit. Any issues that have occurred, the leasing consultants have given me their immediate attention and assistance. They ensure they take care of their residents:)

A happy place to call home. We have been living here at Diamond Springs Apartments for almost two years and it has been a very pleasurable experience. We continue to resign our lease here because of the great location, and value. The front office staff is very professional and has always taken care of all our family's needs. The maintenance staff is considerably quick to answer every service call we have ever put in. I have recommended Diamond Springs Apartments in the past to family and I continue to do today!

Absolutey in love. From the price the quick maintenance responses and the area. They are here for your needs and they help to accommodate you in any way possible. I don't plan on moving anytime soon. I recommend this place very strongly to anyone looking for a comfortable affordable and lasting home away from home these townhomes are it. They have my vote. Onsite laundry and pool and these prices I wouldn't look anywhere else.

We have lived here for over three years, we have gone through the renovations and such. We have never had a security issue. No matter what we ask for in the office they always try to make us happy. Maintenance is outstanding. We love Robert. Everyone in the office is great. I would recommend anyone to live here...just a suggestion get rid of half bath down stairs n put full size washer n dryers then it's perfect.
My husband and I moved to the community last year. We are very happy with Jean and Rob, They make living here very enjoyable. They care for the community as family. I consided them as part of my family. There is not one day that goes by that I am proud living here. They take care of everyone . Love the warmth and knowledge of the office management. They are friendly and able to assist with any you need to know about the apartments. The location is great, and the area is quiet and peaceful.
When a work order is placed the issues are resolved within a 24 hr time frame.

I've been at living at Diamond Springs apartments for 3 three years with my girlfriend. It's quiet, close to beaches(oceanview and east beach), and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend you calling Diamond Springs your next home.
top notch manager, cool and friendly staff, great amenities, The Diamond springs apartments is situated in Virginia Beach and it is loaded with Parks. It is also surrounded by wealth of cultural centers including theaters, galleries and museums.

I must say, THIS FEELS LIKE HOME! I don't think there's been a single night upon arriving home after work, cooking dinner, and tidying up our place a bit, where I don't stop and think, "Wow, I am truly blessed. Let me see which part of the house I want to decorate/design first"? I seriously do that often. The staff, atmosphere and grounds are great! Jean has been a dream come true in so many facets since our move-in in August 2015. The few times I've requested assistance, she's been right on it. My son shared with me the other day that he loves his high school and doesn't want to switch, so it appears that the nicely quiet and peacefulness of Diamond Springs Apartments will be home the next few years. I would refer anyone to live here.

I have lived here since November. I have seen great improvements in recent months. When I first moved in, I had a lot of trouble with the dishwasher. It limped along for a while. I guess the change in ownership lit a fire under maintenance, because my dishwasher was replaced and several leaky faucets were fixed.
